Definitely, the larger the budget, the more you can dive into the later.
For a newbie trying to start stacking i'd advise the following depending on the budget ;
>1-5K ; 100% silver
>5-10K : 70% silver, 30% gold
>10-20K : 65% silver, 30% gold, 5% plat
>20-40K : 60% silver, 30% gold, 5% plat, 5% rare coins

Personal stack
>35K (at spot value) : 100% silver
But that's becuz i'm a schitzo.
