From 1992-1998 standard silver proof sets had almost identical packaging to the clad sets, similar to how the US currently makes clad and silver sets. But, the mint also made a version where the silver proof set lens was presented in a much nicer box. The lens also has a metal frame around it. Beyond the packaging though it's literally identical to what you would get in a 1992-1998 silver proof set.
