My problem is that I consider myself intermediate/advanced as far as the average retail trader goes, which puts me into peak midwit territory. I know enough about what to avoid and base familiarity about certain things to be competent to an outsider, but not competent enough to be a professional or make decisions that generate value over time.
I'm down only 35% from when I started 3 years ago, and this was during one of the biggest bullshit bull markets in history. Some people made disgusting multiples and others lost their ass. I've more or less averaged out. I can't get ahead but I can't fuck up either. I don't have the retard luck or savvy business sense to pull ahead. I suppose I'm just tired since I feel like I should be able to succeed with the knowledge I have but I can't.
Just need to get a consistent trading system figured out and I can start being cash positive for once. It's difficult to swing trade and accept a 4% win, but then it becomes a 10% loss. Or bad option spreads. I don't know
