Over here in Finland? ...Possible I guess, we have the third largest gun ownership in the world (12% registered owners, plus many illegal guns hidden somewhere after WW2). But we have a strong national spirit and good natural resources (forests). Our government/army also has many hidden reserves for the case of a disaster, and in a state of war the entire country becomes a hive where everything is nationalized and every man, woman and child does everything in their power to help the state. I too will be fighting in the greens if a war, or a war-like scenario occurred. If a situation like a closed-off city happened, it would of course be hell on earth regardless of any of that. But if it's only extreme poverty, I think most of us would manage without having to experience violence. Hard to say.
