I believe Link can easily be 1k in 5 years IF ccip and staking v1 are released. If they aren't released in that amount of time then it'll keep crabbing like it is now. If i were to buy link now i would try to get 1000 link and if youre a poor fag or you simply want to diversify then get 100. I'm not surprised that you think this is a scam because of all the people on this board "shilling" link or others who constantly shit on it. Their has been so much bullish news like Eric schmidt being the advisor, swift are working with link on a proof on concept, and now Link is making other projects pay them for their services. Any yet none of this is reflecting on the price, it took a long time for retail to understand crypto currency when it's such a simple concept. Trying to understand an oracle is going to take them even longer. Retail only understands hype which is why doge is in the top 10 of crypto and people buy and hold it to get rich. Right now theirs alot of shit projects on the top 10, link is still extremely undervalued. I always try to tell new fags on this board about link, not to buy link but to research it and understand what it does. If i'm being honest, we could stay at this price range for months but if you understand links potential then holding will be incredibly easy. Just a guess here since im also new fag. Pol, Redditors and twitter fags discovered link and all the breadcrumbs the ogs found and were hyping it up and buying. However the hype died down the past 2 years since staking (Real staking not this v.01 shit) and ccip havent come out. Most of the value is in those 2 features hence the terrible price action right now. Keep buying bro these are clownworld prices.

Marines are so demoralized by perceived stagnation and outsiders only observe unimpressive technical movements on a chart for a boring unhyped asset, few are those who possess a clear picture of what the co-joined releases of staking and CCIP entail.

They cannot fathom that Chainlink is currently in its pre-tokenomics state but will continue to evolve; they cannot fathom because Chainlink is so unlike everything else, whereas a blockchain will remain a blockchain, a dapp will remain a dapp, with little margin for evolution. Chainlink is boring price feeds and token is not needed in 2022 so this is what it will remain - they cannot project changes. Amazon, they're just selling used books, it's boring.

Price predictions however are absurd and unsubstantiated, I disregard anyone who makes price predictions as a cretin. Not only are macro trends unfavorable, but adoption for CCIP will be slow (especially after the 3AC and Celsius blowout, huge funds will be more cautious to ape major liquidity in risky defi strategies) and rollout for CCIP in its full staking+quadratic+anti fraud, etc. package will be a multi-year process, rife with extremely serious risks that cannot be downplayed. While Chainlink will carry a tremendous amount of value, it will also paint a huge target on its back.

Chainlink is poised to be the one true blue chip in terms of value capture, but will require extreme patience and discipline to see it fully play out.
