47 sentences that'll make you more money than a 4 year business degree:

People buy with emotion, then justify with logic.

For every $1 you spend on email marketing, you can expect an average return of $36 (if you know what you’re doing).

Sell the transformation, not the product.

Tell prospects your price, then, shut the fuck up.

It’s easier to sell an offer that solves a pain than one fulfilling a desire.

Whatever business you’re in, study psychology, cognitive bias, and body language.

If your offer has a solid guarantee, it'll result in more sales than refunds.

Memes are one of the most powerful forms of marketing.

Copywriting is 80% research, 20% writing.

Your service/product should meet demand, not try to create it.

People don’t care about your offer, only what your offer can do for them.

Using pictures for written testimonials will make them more believable.

You don’t need a $2000 MacBook Pro, $967 logo, or a $87,000 degree to start a business.

You become wealthy by becoming valuable, then becoming scarce.

Quantify the timeframe of your offer.

The market isn’t “saturated”, your offer just sucks.

You can be terrible at sales calls if you have a great offer.

There’s no such thing as too high of price, only too little value.

Specific words and numbers are more believable than broad ones.

A happy customer is the most powerful form of marketing.

Sales is about listening.

Marketing is about empathy.

Use the words “you” and “your” in your copy to make it more engaging.

Use headlines to steal attention and hooks to keep it.

An average product with great marketing will outsell a great product with bad marketing.

When stating your price on a sales call, say “It’s a one-time investment of __,” not “The price is __.”

>If he lost money, he won't owe anything and he could write off the capital loss against any other capital gain.
That is the thing, I know I am losing money on the sale but didn't document shit. Who the fuck does that. Maybe I have receipts but I don't want to break the fucking law. Believe me I hate this shit but if I'm going to jail, it isn't going to because the IRS says I defrauded them. Is it good enough that I believe I have lost. Can I just say so? Why the fuck would i need to prove I didn't do something, (prove I did not owe), that is basically what they would be saying, "Prove you don't owe." That would be akin to, "Prove you didn't commit this crime." No that is not how it works. They government has to say I commited the crime and prove it by offering what they think is proof. Then I can counterdict their proof. Why is it backwars with the IRS?
Also, am I not bearing witness against myself if I am forced to report income that may be from an illegal source? Like Al Capone, they got him on tax evasion. Couldn't it be argued that his income came from a criminal organization, and to claim that as income he would be admitted to a crime. Therefore to make him report his income would constitute depriving him of his right to not be forced to bear witness against himself.
Look I am not trying to go down the philosophical anti-IRS argument here, I just want to get some money back for something I need done and not pay the government more money on a loss!

Exactly! How would you cash out if you did?
