Why not add something similar to coinbase's credit/debit card verification system?

>user tries to access chainlink board
>site asks for an eth address with >= 1k link
>site checks if address is whitelisted and the user's IP matches with the one associated with the address
>If the address isn't whitelisted (new user) then request verification
>If the IPs don't match then deny access and request the user to reverify their address

Verification:
>Generate random eth value between $1.00 and $2.00
>User sends the given eth value to the site wallet
>Site checks that the amount sent from the unverified address matches the randomly generated value and that they have a link balance >= 1k (this proves that the user has control of the wallet and that they meet the link requirement to post)
