I don't want to sell until I lose more money.<div class="xa24desu"></div>

How do I keep myself from looking at /biz/ and Blockfolio every 5 minutes?
I believe in what I've invested into but I bought near the top so seeing it go down even slightly makes me panic. Not enough to make me want to sell, but enough that I'm almost constantly uncomfortable and nervous.
At the same time I don't want to risk holding $0.00 coins, so I feel like I can't just delete Blockfolio and stop checking on things.

Have not sold since 2016, watched my gains multiply ten fold but held and never sold and not only did the gains whither away, the dollar cost averaging since the top has actually put myself at a loss.

I just want a house. It doesn't have to be big or have a bunch of expensive materials and gadgets installed. I'm so tired of renting. It's not fair that boomers and the chinese are allowed to bubble up the real estate prices so high, then banks come in and put in extra strict mortgage rules to reduce their risk for when the bubble pops. Meanwhile I easily make enough money to afford mortgage payments but a downpayment is still out of reach at current rates.
