Ripples is gaining a huge advantage having all these banks use there platform.Not only does it gain trust from the banks but it also intergrates them very easily into the banks systems.

Ripple has been holding back on making deal with companies to use there coin until they have there foot in the door with all of the banks.

All of these banks will also be making $ from the transactions that go through there bank and purchased with ripple coin.

ironically once it goes mainstream.. the dark markets will start using them as the decline in the value of all the other major coins(bitcoin) will be too much of a loss risk.
