Regarding the effects of the swaps,

We saw huge volatility in pms today, even if it was just a giant whipsaw up and down. Considering that the feeling of most people is "wait and see" re elections, I think this is a taste of things to come.

Obviously im bullish on pms but I fully expect more crashes and slow up swings.

ice cube test is harder then specific gravity, and more damaging to silver's finish. Even specific gravity I will do with de ionized water so that there are no trace minerals deposited on my silver. Gold it wont matter.

Just go to your local coin store and they will test anything for free (if its not a free service, just offer to sell and they will test it all, and you can just say you wanted more or something).

Anon... if I were you, and I had 1000$ surplus to my needs, IE I have enough $$$ for food/rent/bills for the next three months and a steady income, and after that I had 1000$, I would put that 1000$ into silber

fractional has its place, cheapest premiums are junk silver obviously. I wouldnt make it more then 1% of your stack unless junk silver was cheaper then generics (which it has not been for a bit)
