LCI just filed for approval for mixed-shelf offering, I’d have to guess that dilution would need to be factored in to your TA. I’m staying away, tempted to buy puts at the open.

Trying to get a little bit of TA knowledge... watched a no nonsense forex vid while doing cardio today and... he took a very long time to say very little. If he doesnt get better I may have to watch at 2X speed or find something else.
