I've had it with globohomo. It insults my values in every way and I just can't stand it anymore. Say what you want about China and Russia, but they aren't cutting the dicks off of 10 year old children. They aren't threatening to wage wars all over the world for the past X number of decades.
I've been a Western Patriot, you might say, for a long time, believing Western Civilization has done more for the world than any other by a mile. And it indeed has. But I no longer think there's any saving the West.
The Western World is in its decadence, so deeply decadent that the patient is terminal.
I want out of the USA and out of the West in general. Hence my considering moving to Russia. I'd even go to Indonesia. They're investing very heavily in coal. And I've been to Indonesia for a little while and they were good people as far as I could see, though I was only in Jakarta. But the rural people are probably even better than the metropolitans of Jakarta.

It pains me to leave the USA, and I probably won't do so until my parents pass, but there's just so much I hate about this place.

Ordinarily, my parents move with me on long jobs because I help care for them, but I might just move them to Nebraska and visit them on my off weeks. I will be working one week on, one week off, 12+ hour shifts.
