California has already started with rolling blackouts, I'm working on a lot of projects for backup generators for a lot of government buildings
they certainly know what's coming and through my work in the hydro industry I can say that there is an overabundance of inept people and a big gap in knowledge
the population is being dumbed down so quickly that it won't be long now where we can potentially be in a situation where people don't know how to safely operate the machinery anymore
