so i want to open a low income apartment complex in northern california. i just have a few questions:

>how much money would i expect to need to invest?
>how do i go about acquiring this money?
>are bank loans a good idea? (im assuming no)
>how much money would i have to pay in upkeep?
>i know the government subsidizes shit like this. how big a factor would his be and how do i apply for them?
>what would the be minimum id have to charge a month to turn a reasonable profit?
>anything im missing here?

i know most of these questions are variable depending on how the complex is constructed. im thinking a 2 story building with back to back apartments that houses around 50 families total. each apartment would obviously be very minimalistic. 2 small bedrooms, bathroom in between, and a kitchen/livingroom (separated by counters) toward's the front door.

im just looking for estimates here. and if there's any reason you want to call me a dumbass, feel free
