Don't buy factory farmed grain fed. The fat is seed oil/PUFA, because animals store the fat of the food they eat. They are fed soi meal and corn, both are PUFA and soi is xenoestrogenic. Get grassfed beef for cheap from a local farm. Then you won't support the big businesses either. Factory farming is also abusive to cows and allowing the food we eat to grow in hellish conditions is just one step from us being in hellish conditions.
