There's this bombed out house with all kinds of problems almost right next to my parents' home. Normally I'd never consider buying a house like this, but it given that I have a toddler and would like him to be closer to his grandparents, is this a good investment both as a lifestyle choice and financially?
In short:

>At least two large trees need to be taken down
>Basement shows some clear signs of a problem with the foundation
>Lots of superficial stuff as well
>otherwise it's a large home with good schools

If Tether is not backed by dollars it sorta makes sense that the exchanges would want periodic crashes in the crypto market:
People exchange dollars for USDT.
USDT is exchanged for bitcoin.
Bitcoin price goes up and attracts more people.
If market doesn't crash - at some point the amount of people cashing out will overwhelm the ability of the exchange to provide dollars.
Bitcoin crashes.
Ok, now we have enough dollars to cover you.
