who is mad?

>In the cult of Mao, everyone was expected to perform the loyalty dance—from miners to office workers to toddlers to old ladies whose feet had been bound. "The movements were always toward the sky—that way you could show how respectful you were to Mao," Li says. "Everyone knew how to dance it."

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/nokia-board-directors-resolved-issue-070000077.html

What does this mean?

Nokia’s Board of Directors has resolved to issue 21 575 000 new shares in a directed share issuance without consideration to Nokia Corporation to be later used to fulfil the company’s obligations primarily under its equity plans that vest in 2021 and in the first quarter of 2022.

Nokia expects that the shares are registered with the Finnish Trade Register on or about February 5, 2021 and the shares will carry the shareholder rights attached to them as of the registration date. The total number of Nokia shares following the registration will equal 5 675 461 159 and following the issuance the number of shares held by Nokia Corporation will equal 46 506 138. The new shares are expected to commence trading on Nasdaq Helsinki as of February 8, 2021, and on Euronext Paris as of February 9, 2021, together with other Nokia shares (NOKIA). Euronext Paris will publish a separate notice announcing the admission of the new shares to trading on Euronext Paris.

Additionally, the Board of Directors has resolved on a directed issuance of a maximum number of 21 575 000 Nokia shares (NOKIA) held by Nokia Corporation, as a result of the above-mentioned issuance to itself, to settle its commitments under the 2020 Employee Share Purchase Plan, 2018 Performance Share Plan and various Restricted Share plans that vest in 2021 and in the first quarter of 2022. The shares are issued without consideration. Each share delivery would be published separately by a stock exchange release.

Both resolutions to issue shares are based on the authorization granted to the Board of Directors by the Annual General Meeting on May 27, 2020.

O, WPC and the SPG is really good if it makes it through. I wait for a dip with them and buy if it happens. I am no longer doing it but when the crash happened I bought up REITS and their dividends were great because they were so cheap, I sold when the first vaccine news didn't bring about a recovery though because they went way up and I wasn't sure what was going to happen after. I am long term on a REIT called SNR because they immediately cut their losses when COVID hit. i really like them, but enter all REITS at your own risk. I am not an expert at all and real estate is very hard to gauge these days. Bank stocks are also good for dividends, but the same rules apply right now. Banks are getting rocked with crypto and all the weird action going on with the Fed.

I actually don't like Blue Chip stocks with dividends because their price usually doesn't balance out with the 1 percent dividend they offer unless you are rich.

At this point I'm all in tech because it's the only thing that seems to be Covid proof. I even avoid green energy because it's too speculative.

I'm also an amateur so you know, make sure you really do your research because I might be cleaned out on market open today lol.

tl;dr: I like REITs but they are risky plays.

IPOE is supposed to be sofi, i guess we need an explanation. it's like they are trying to destroy themselves. i'm thinking of leaving now and i wasn't before even though I got shook out of 2 meme stocks I've been in since before they were meme stocks. I get that's part of the game but if they do this shit I'm just even more stupid than before for staying in. Wtf.

CLF - this is a good stock for people that just downloaded the Robinhood app and now they think they are expert stock traders. Most Robinhood people only buy affordable cheap stocks like this because they can't afford the big boy stocks like amazon, tesla, apple, etc. Robinhood is a great platform for uneducated people who never graduated college. Having a few shares on robinhood app gives them great satisfaction and makes them feel very important in life. They brag about it at family

>Bros what the fuck hapened to NAK its all going to be okay right?

Unless the weird stuff about overturning the election is true it's going to be 4 to 8 years before we hear about it again. That also depends on whether the company can stay afloat, it definitely isn't going to be licensed for a while. It might get sold to a Chinese company too yeah, same as the Panama Canal that was "returned" to the South Americans.
