So I came to the place with the most losers since I'm bored.
So /biz/, let's talk about the reshoring of business coming back from Chinkland.
My theory is that to make any business work here, because of no work ethic and no attention spans anymore, businesses will have to change their fundamental structure. As some dot.com companies did, lure people with equity in the company. You give the company 100% even if you're a janitor, theres a high chance you become extremely wealthy as the comp any grows and succeeds more and more. Some will even work for free to get the huge payoff.
Otherwise I see no loyalty in employees and companies that could become very successful will fail.
