This feels like a great project so I'll break it down for you.

They are working to get it running accordingly to all regulations (this is important with SEC trying to crack down on everything), its backed already by a known (albeit small) forex company, debit card for withdraw without fees, advanced trading options like: TIF (Time in Force), FOK (Fill or Kill), IOC (Immediate or Cancel), and GTC (Good till Cancelled), leverage trading up to 50x and other stuff like ETF and Asset Managers.
