The list of critical minerals was listed in an EO from 2017

>The final list includes: Aluminum (bauxite), antimony, arsenic, barite, beryllium, bismuth, cesium, chromium, cobalt, fluorspar, gallium, germanium, graphite (natural), hafnium, helium, indium, lithium, magnesium, manganese, niobium, platinum group metals, potash, the rare earth elements group, rhenium, rubidium, scandium, strontium, tantalum, tellurium, tin, titanium, tungsten, uranium, vanadium, and zirconium

Nothing in there about gold/silver/plat, but if this EO is going to have teeth, its going to have to drive up the cost of importing Chinese metals and subsidize domestic production. Good for US miners, and potentially Canadian and Mexican ones to if the US is incentivized to import from other nations.

>I'm not going to address that I have no clue about the decline of money velocity in Rome
>I'm going to pretend that this decline was because no one below a villa owner used coins
>I'm going to ignore that we can reconstruct the series of choices that the emperors made that ossified an already non-productive system and reduced velocity to the point where we can see a year over year decline in trade via shipwreck numbers
>I'm going to act like no one in history ever traded PM for farmed goods despite literally having cuneiform tablets from Babylon that predate trigonometry describing selling produce and sheep for coins
>I'm going to pretend that there aren't fair metal prices for goods listed in Hebrew law
>I'm going to do all this, and be a smarmy cunt that lectures people for not knowing history when the last thing I read about Rome was in a 7th grade social studies class.

We need captchas based on reading facial expressions for these faggots.
