what production of software and game dev you do? from what ive seen only stuff that becomes viral makes money, otherwise its too much work unless you can somehow have a business and get al ot of clients and hire people but software development as 1man project you need to win the algorithm lottery and go viral

people spend so much time in awesome games that barely do any money. i would love to make a game and learn unity but i predict a massive waste of time

I finally have the credit score and the financial means to buy a home in my favorite town in the US.

What should I do? Buy a house now or not?
