I'm sure it is for those who got the initial token distribution. Add comfy 10% APR to that and all you need is huge amount of exit liquidity, hence the marketing AVAX does. It's 2 years old, the token supply needs to distribute a lot more for it to be a viable PoS chain. This means there has to be a LOT of selling because there's no mining issuance, only staking APR for the early whales. But I'm sure it will be long dead before that unless it has real purpose other than p&d for founders.
