Yes. By the way, having a good idea about whether a company beats earns or doesn't isn't as useful as you'd expect anymore. There is too much nonsense that can go on with price action around earnings. Good not always correlated with line go up.

Fundamental analysis is closely tied with the long hodl strat as good numbers and growth of more good numbers will = bullish price action, in the long term. In the short term stocks can and do flail about all over. If you're gonna be a long hodler you gotta be prepared to cost average and be extremely patient your position will pay off in some months or years.
