Hey, fellow anon, I am researching and looking for laws regarding advertisement, but my specific search seems to be a little challenging. I am continuing to look into it on my own, but I thought I would give my anons of /biz/ a good question.

I am printing an editorial that will be sold along with distributed to people with memberships. I am looking for laws regarding advertising in print and online.

-what if I offered X-amount of inserts for X-amount of time, and someone let's say paid for 10 months of ad space.

what happens if the editorial was to collapse and no longer run 5 months in.

what would one do and be responsible for under the law, also what should I put as a disclaimer?

I've been renting for the last few years since moving out of my parent's house and I've realized its a scam when you can pay the same amount to own and home which you're paying towards and don't have to have a landlord hassling you or other tenants around.

What is the redpill on buying a house in the US, specifically Florida? What are the current programs you can use to get in a home cheaply, easily and not get scammed?
