Despite the bear market the prices on GPUs didn't drop in the least bit and now that the bull market is starting again the prices on GPUs are actually increasing.
I bought for 58$ a GTX 1060 with 6GB of RAM. Normally second hand this is worth 200$ due to the fucking RAM, otherwise it's just 85-100$ for the 3GB version. But brand new this garbage is nearly 400$.

Furniture is especially a scam. You can find furniture for free from people who no longer want it. You can even find it at the garbage yard and near the garbage post.
I was also thinking of buying various electronics at second hand and even want to buy a phone with the corner broke so I only pay 15% of it's total price or even less.
As long as you watch the fucking brand, model and test it beforehand it's more than fine, for me it's mandatory. Even thinking of buying "broken" luxury cars for cheap and to fix them(as long as they're fixable).
The only things you cannot buy second hand is medicine and food unless you buy from someone that makes you an offer.

Now I'm thinking of dabbling into the music industry electronics and find cheap alternatives and we all know what a bunch of snake oil headphones, speakers, amplifiers, DACs are. They put the furniture industry to shame.
