The only way they can stop it is by literally banning credit cards and forcing everyone into crypto.

That or hiring 50k retards to monitor every credit card purchase , i mean they would have to ban nearly 80% of credit card purchases , since even if you buy it to yourself on ebay or hire yourself in a freelancing site with the card and pay 5% fee the arbitrage is still giving you a massive gain.
