As another anon already said, easy to flip.

No serial numbers. No security tags. No way to really identify where it came from. I see cheap toiletries show up at fleamarkets all the time. Shop lifters will get 20-50% of the value of the item from a reseller. Reseller will flip it for 60-80% of it's total value.

Buyers get a discount.
Resellers get a profit.
Shoplifters make enough to buy more drugs and some food.
