Just so you know this tone/opinion of yours is purely subjective nonsense, and a common newfag fallacy that "hurrrr durrr bitcoin isn't used". Holding something as a SOV digital gold is a use case, it is bitcoin being used ignoring some people's semantically foolish insistence that only what they mean by "use" qualifies. And there is next to zero chance another crypto really challenges bitcoin for that use case if you understand the network efect and economics.

The other anon was right to reply to you that what you are saying is basically a washed up 2017 narrative that never panned out, mumbled by ethies who then expected muh flippening to be imminent.

I can understand why some oldfag ethies who gave up on muh flippening want to sidle up and be friends with bitcoiners, but the problem is it's disingenuous and the moment they perceive an opportunity they will fluidly shift narratives to how eth can supplant bitcoin as SOV. The more economically illiterate ethies still argue this, because there's an aspect of "just project whatever your hopes and dreams onto Ethereum are" that's always been there.

Bitcoin does not need the approval of ethies.. That's part of the appeal of bitcoin is you don't have be some political motherfucker. In comparison altcoin projects validate one another because it's in their interests to portray the whole market as disruptive amazing tech, but it's more a "I won't call out your shit if you don't call out mine" that is highly political and disingenuous in nature.

I'm on biz to speculate and increase my stack, but I can't help but notice the constant 24/7 seething here at bitcoin. The hate and seething of altcoiners in general just at the existence of bitcoin and the idea that some have that bitcoin is here to say and will remain dominant into the future.

So threads like this would be fine if it were actually representative of ethies as a whole, but since it isn't it's more like mumbling out the side of one's mouth while holding a shiv at the ready.

I'm not dumb enough to have ever taken seriously the (now old) dipshit reddit/pajeet narratives you are espousing, which were only ever born out of envy due to the notion you were late to the bitcoin game. Anyone with IQ above 120 who has been following crypto since before 2017 can see that, besides for those taking part in shitcoin scams themselves who thus have the incentive to dupe people.

The "next bitcoin" became a meme among newcomers, who never really did their homework in truly understanding bitcoin before they started buying into speculative reddit narratives as to what would replace it, based on ignorant slogans like "bitcoin is myspace, but my shitcoin ______ is facebook". mETH heads for example believed eth would flip BTC in 2017 (muh flippening!), and since then they have capitulated on this hope and cycled through various beliefs as to what ethereum is actually supposed to be good for. This rhetoric will persist so long as there are altcoiners who want newcomer idiots to pump their bags, but if anything were to ever overtake BTC it would have happened by now.
