my boss there was psycho. he'd keep mental tallys of random things i'd do, he'd never talk or communicate with me but would write a journal in my face non-stop about me. he was indirect as fuck. he took the manual away and would hint at things or quiz me and yell "YOU SHOULD ZE KNOVN THAT!!!" if I got something wrong. He had the crew working for him, and like a I said, he was more of a behaviorlaist so there was no manual, he would just make everyone act out what he wanted to teach and have me react and if I got something wrong he'd yell "YOU ARE ZE WRONG, ZE WRONG, AGAIN, AGAIN". So I would spend nights worrying about his bullshit rather than reading a textbook, and days getting yelled at over people's shitty acting rather than amicably being taught the ropes. It was the worst fucking experience of my life.I spent thousands of dollars to earn a degree only to get failed and barred from ever working in the industry. Do not work for Allegiant.

It's much quicker to get into than the trades, the training is generally paid, and companies are in need of haul truck drivers, loader operators, backhoe operators etc. right now.

Pay can be $30 per hour to start.
