Just got my first *REAL* job /biz/. selling B2B advertising for a company that partners with hospitals. I've always wanted to do sales and this is a huge break for me.

45k Salary + 10% commission/401k/PTO/paid holidays and benefits so an actual position selling to professionals and companies, no meme commission only pyramid scheme """sales""" job.

Let's put the Business in Business and Finance, has anyone made a career in sales here? Any invaluable pieces of advice/tips/stories? All of my experience is outside sales more akin to retail.
