If you're just a socially awkward NEET, then get your shit together and put yourself out on the market. There's tons of books and resources available on how to succeed at getting a job and making people want to hire you. Start with something simple like food service to get into the routine, and after 6-12 months of that, you can start looking for a higher status position or skill up into a new career.

The best piece of advice I can give is this. Anytime you go in for an interview, just shut the fuck up. If you open your mouth too much you're gonna sound like a bizarre crazy person, so just play it cool and let the interviewer ask the questions. Genuinely care what they are saying and you will get the job.
