The only jobs out there don’t pay to ever afford a family, let alone a house even with two incomes. Trying to get into the trades but looking at what they pay in the top of their field is just depressing. I’d love to be an electrician. How can I afford to do things on a single income and have my wife stay home and homeschool our kids while I go into the trades? I’d also like to be present in my kids lives so over-the-road trucking is out of the question
