personally i have been hurt too many times by anticipating predictions that failed to come true, and so i won't get my hopes too much for 3/21, 3/31, or any other date. i am using my crypto investments as a form of spiritual exercise, to help me become detached from worldly concerns. things will happen when they happen. i won't allow worry to impede my equilibrium one way or another.

but 3/31 does have a nice ring to it, just like 3/21 and 3/12 and 3/13. i think the fiscal year stuff lines up well with all these riddles. but who knows? not me

that is an excellent question anon. i mean, on the one hand, Ripple consistently contrasts itself with BTC and ETH by saying it is carbon-neutral and American as apple pie whereas they are controlled by dog-eating slanteyed savages who are burning holes in the atmosphere...

...but on the other hand if I know one thing about big financial corporations it's that they like money, and in order to do business in Asia (especially in countries like, say, Japan and Singapore who see the pictographic writing on the geopolitical wall) one would assume that Ripple and the CCP have, at the very least, reached some kind of an understanding. Oddly enough, I haven't seen much documentation of that- which doesn't mean it doesn't exist, just that it's being kept out of the news cycle.

I'd be looking closely at: the Singapore national bank/DBS, Malaysia, private payment companies in the rest of SEA, and Japanese megabanks with close ties to China.

Please note that Cambodia is wholeheartedly owned by China- its dictator, Hun Sen, has been a Chinese puppet for longer than most of us have been alive, and in the last decade he has had the CCP's hand fully up his ass. I know this because i witnessed it first hand as I went to Cambodia on visa runs every few months while teaching ESL in Vietnam, around 2012 the country got flooded with Chinese people (and money).

The fact that SBI aka is meeting with Cambo's version of the fed can be effectively understood as a proxy economic agreement between Ripple and the CCP. i'm guessing it was a test-run.
