exactly, if there is an "easy" way to beat the system (outside of luck aka entropy of course), then you are missing something, or the casino would be out of business

9/10 games there are un-beatable from strategy, but if there is, the odds that you will be able to outsmart the people who get paid as their full time job to catch people like you are slim

Casinos are private entities (especially in america, where many are owned by native american tribes, aka outside of all state/local laws, and exempt from quite a few federal laws) that can deny service to anyone they want

they choose to allow anyone to use them unless they get banned (often from fixing or strait up cheating/tampering with games, but not always, a few drunken brawls where cops get called can get you perma banned from a casino too)
casinos are technically banned (and all gambling thats not the lottery is illegal) in most states in the USA, but tribal lands dont need to listen to state laws, since they are separate sovereign (legal) entities, domestically

and of course, anyone legally intoxicated can be forced to leave for the public good (again by cops if needed). this doesnt get enforced unless you are causing a problem while intoxicated

isnt gambling of any kind (casino, online, or otherwise) banned EU wide too, not to mention in quite a few other countries too
