No it is actually regarded as pseudoscience in proper academic circles. It's old as fuck and the testing methods are shit. There is something to it but autists spouting out mensa shit are generally retarded desu~. If you went to school and studied this, you would realize IQ is legit pseudoscience (ready for more butthurt?) just like Myers Briggs personality types.

No. Emotional intelligence is pseudoscientific bullshit too. Fun fact, the whole IQ theory is 100 years old....and it's shit. The tests are shit. It's easy to score well and it doesn't really measure intelligence that well.
