I have no doubt that I have posted more Tether threads over the past 6 months than anyone else. I kinda trailed off after losing 3.2 BTC shorting at DEC 9k (how could this charade keep going?).

I now bring to you the truth: Tether is legit and I was wrong. Why have they issued several hundred million since the subpoena dropped? That would be extra suicide. All the big players know that Tether will emerge vindicated. Friedmann knows. Severing ties isn't illegal. They are accumulating, letting everyone panic.

What Tether has been doing is selling USDT at double value from their HK offices for CNY cash. They then turn around and buy Tbills from the CN party. This is shady but will pass the audit because Tether is more than 100% backed by US Treasury bills. All the players have agreed on a truce to milk you of all your tendie gains.

I refuse to believe all their volume is still real after the withdrawal and account balance incident over several days as well as it being well known among the cryptorich that they could get raided by authorities or exit scam at any time.

Initially they will only be allowed to short. We all know what's gon' happen if Tether keeps being printed and used to pump BTC's price. Baby boomers don't know shit and they are not used to losing anything. They had it easy their whole lives. They will get BAMBOOZLED and then they will cry for muh gubermint. We all have been fucked by Tether/Bitfinex and the exchange bots at some point, but we have a thick skin and we always recover (a life of rejection, cuckery, denial of freedom/happness and market manipulation have made many of us immune to psychological pain, but the Boomers will not handle losing so much money in one single big short). Do you really think they will let everyone short Bitcoin with leverage and win? Tether is used to create fake "USD" volume with buy orders to pump the price, so the "muh TA memelines" shorters can LOSE MONEY. When everyone is finally trying to long BTC with leverage to recover their losses, then BTC will dump. The exchange is not on our side, always remember that. What's your predictions of timing and what are you basing it on?

I'm especially curious about guesstimates on when bitfinex will be done selling off the bitcoin they are exit scamming with while keeping the price afloat with tethers and exchange manipulation. Considering revelations, decreased trust in them, the ramping up of more tether, and their funky big withdrawals to new addresses, I'd say they are well underway, but there's a lot of user value on bitfinex to siphon off so when they are going to be done is beyond my ability to predict.

The start of recent price spike being led by Bithumb instead of tethers. Is that indigenous korean fomo or the BCH gang pumping BTC as the starting point to something else?
When it started to drop again, 50m new tethers were minted that day 20m and then 30m, and it started to go up again towards 10k. So it's safe to assume tethers are keeping it afloat right now even if they didn't start it this round.

I'm shaking and it's hard to sleep these days. I just want it all to be over.
