Oil is insanely cheap right now (adjusted for inflation). But it was hovering around 60 not too long ago. I fuckin hate commodities. Copper, oil, gold. All of it is so unpredictable (gold being the best of them but even then...)

Btw, for those that are not in the loop, we are hugely pumping tomorrow. The bearish trend has been broken and the market is ready for another bull run. Hell, the mega caps have barely even gone down. Unless the CPI comes in real hot next week (and there is no reason for why it should be hot), we are going for 4600 on the S&P yet again.

Small caps have been getting absolute wrecked these two years. The "general rule" of buy small caps during bear markets have been completely thrown out the window. You buy semis in a recession as evidenced by them being up +100% from the bottom. That or workshop industry which will never go out of style.

For some reason EU is gigapumping and there is nothing to stop "us". Literally start pumping like crazy since the start of the year... okay I get that, but then bad inflation numbers come in and put a dent into the market for ONE SINGLE DAY? And its's not even blood red but like -0.7%... the next week it's back to pumping again. Hell, most stocks (that actually make money) are almost back up to ATH and some are even at it. Nobody really cares about inflation to be honest. Things cost more? Offload to the customer and he will pay it because the average european is way too rich and easily pays. Hmm, let's just increase the wages by few % to keep them happy.... ridiculous but it works as we can see

Almost no job today requires "hard work" with some few exceptions and even there, stamina is usually more valued as for example manual labor in the forest.
