$22 for $1 is good, I'd buy at that price. I don't pay over 24x face value, that's my personal limit. 20x or lower is really good, 15x and lower is "too good to be true" territory
They sell for face value because Half-dollars, Quarters, and Dimes have the same silver content based on denomination. A dime weighs 2.5 grams, a Quarter 6.25 grams, and a half-dollar 12.5 grams. So if you had $100 in dimes and $100 in half dollars, both the weight and the silver amount is the same.
