I have never spent any money on an e-thot, nor have I really even watched anything they do other than when I was skimming through streamers to see what it was they were doing.
Here's why people spend money on them: we are living in a time where hanging out with people is mostly done over the goddamn internet. When people join a chat during a stream session on whatever site and they're chatting, they think they're actually hanging out with their friends. It's the same shit with these e-thots, the guys that are in the chatroom think they're actually talking to a girl, and if they pay enough money, they'll get a 'date' with them. They'll never get the real thing, but getting one on one time with a girl (even if it's superficial as fuck and over a webcam), to them it's worth it. It's sad.
