I get mine legally. I'm over 45 and do all the diet / exercise shit they recommend here. Get plenty of sex, sunlight and socializing. My test has been lowering since I turned 40 and get labs at least once a year.

A doctor recommended I start TRT to improve life quality. Went to a Urologist and he agreed and I pin 0.5cc every week which is a very small does compared to the roid monkeys on this thread.

I sleep better, lost weight, have more ambition and sexual interest in my wife. Ironically I am much less anxious and irritable. My muscles have become more defined.

I get my labs checked every 3 months and my doctor is very scientific about this and warned me of the side effects. Specifically blood thickening, hair loss potential (I'm bald) and potential fertility issues (i have 5 kids and my wife is fixed).

I would not recommend it for any of you young kids under 40 as there are many other things you can do to improve test. For oldfags like me its a fantastic quality of life improver in the later half of your life. My doctor does it himself.

In terms of long term dependancy, I am aware of that, but Would you rather have $1M when you're 18 or $100M when you're 90?
