Thereby Thou hast prefigured the fall of the Great Whore, the Whore of Babylon, into the lake of everlasting fire. Therefore knowing Thou avengest the meek O Lord and that Thou deliverest Thy people even until Thy Coming, we pray Thee and bless Thee O Lord, asking that Thou bring more evil upon those glorious in the world. We ask that Thou bring more evil upon the financial and political elite of the United States, the rich and powerful of that country. Yes, O Lord, we beseech Thee : bring more evil upon them, confusion and consternation, O Lord. Upset them, O Lord. Cause the root of their pride and source of their strength to stumble, O Lord. Do not prosper them but afflict them, O Lord. Let today be a day of terror and a day of fear, O Lord. That the staff of their strength might be broken and Thy people might be delivered, O Lord. As you preserved the Israelites from the Egyptians, O Christ our God, preserve the triune Rus from her godless enemies, and by affliction bring them to repentance and recognition of Thy ineffable glory. Let all be done according to Thy will! In the precious name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit — Amen.
