On top of this, I cant get my weight under control. How do you lose weight after 30 yrs old? I try to eat swamson TV dinners rather than Banquet or Hungry Man. I only go to Olive Garden on fancy nights. I also be sure to walk from the bus stop I take to work to my basement apartment.

Is it depression or lifestyle choices? Maybe Genetics? Ugh... how do I continue like this.
