Barcelona has been europe's cheap theme park for the last decade. Now it's ground zero, a zombie city, devoid of tourism, it's definitely an empty shell. Lots of people are out of work but hey, the important thing is to wear a mask and keep on shilling catalonian independence.

anyway, it's an ok city but you have to live on the upper part of town, where the tourists don't go. The city centre was and is a shithole with nice modernist buildings, but still a shithole.
