BOIL gets "cheap" every few days or weeks, it's all relative and it's not a buy and hold instrument. I had to learn this the hard way, and still struggle with finding my sea legs, but it's definitely a workable swing. If you're not going to follow the macro while watching the movements all day every day, and are reliant on others to tell you when to do what, definitely just stay away from this incredibly dangerous tool.
