that is ending very quickly. wages in china have risen by 1000% and now it is often cheaper to manufacture in Mexico or the US proper after you cut out oversea transportation.
China is also running out of factory workers due to the fallout of the 1 child policy. their population is slated to half by 2100, but likely will earlier. the Chinese are fucked.
Only the United states has the ability to be the world superpower (against the will of the US people usually). Once the US goes back into Isolation there will be no superpowers and the world will go back to a regional power system.
