you mean local branch offices or some shit? I doubt there's much in my local Wells Fargo or Chase or BofA branch that couldn't be replaced fairly easily, they've been looking to close those down anyways.

One of the things the banks were hoping they'd get out of this coronavirus work from home thing is shutting down all these branches that don't really return much, and (I assume) cutting all that staff from their budgets.

They have to have a certain amount because of regulations, but now that there's all this work from home shit, the regulators may just let them downsize. THIS LETS THEM OFF THE HOOK COMPLETELY!! Gives them the perfect excuse to downsize, they collect from the insurance and never have to rebuild!!
