It's nice and I also like seeing baoman show megalomaniac traits every so often to keep me cozy. His pride is on the line to keep this project afloat, and he will work even harder than the rest because of that personality trait. You see the same type of people rank 1 in mmos and the like. He'll excel, or burn out, but the project can replace him (his words) if he isn't going in the right direction with a governance vote.

You have such a beautiful soul. I can't really do much to change your opinion on yourself - you will need to do that on your own. What changed my path was being able to be happy in my own company. Even though from time to time I do want for the company of others, I got tired of having to be the one to initiate everything, so I learned how to love spending time with myself, and working on goals I set myself to. I might give up, I might groan about them, but I commit to them because I know I should do right by my favorite person in the world: myself.

The moment you don't yearn for company all together is when you know you've made it emotionally. Your most favorite person to spend time with, and get to know, will be you.

Read enriching literature. Find a spiritual path to follow, but don't worry. Do it at your own pace. You spend the most time with yourself, might as well learn to love that person, right?
