now im on my lunch break eating pho alone and scrolling on /biz/, hoping to god that all my patients in the afternoon cancel so i can go home early

i miss my college days of laying in bed with my gf, smoking weed, fucking, playing vidya together and watching movies every day. now i just go to work, go home, repeat.

picrel, what I want to avoid

I work in tech in a mid-sized company (around 100 people) and a few days ago I was laid off. This is a tech company, and I'm not worrying too much, I know I will find something else but I liked the job though.

Anyway most of y'all don't have jobs but for those that do, take that as "the" sign you've been waiting for to reduce unnecessary spending, update your resume and start practicing for interviews.

This is peak individualism and capitalism and if you disagree you're a fucking tankie.
