Very likely. That river isnt exactly know for large nuggets, mostly 1-4mm stuff, however, there are a few large nuggets reported for that river (pic related. Over 2cm iirc), so I’m not ruling it out, but you have to get extraordinary lucky. I’ll see what tickles my itch when I hopefully manage to get out again next week. Some spot where I know I can find something, or prospecting into the unknown.

Apparently pic related was pulled out of “my” river, 50km upstream from me. 1oz is a really good nugget anywhere.
Now I really got the gold fever. Ordered the book it’s from from my library, guess my productivity today is gonna suffer.
