I've looked into this as well as you OP (last year) and you need AT LEAST 10k before anyone will talk to you and you MUST have something to sell/buy (with some small amount of proof). I had a sizeable stack of Req to unload...
I checked into the less expensive ones too...out of third world countries like Philippines and India and I just didn't get any good vibes. Seemed like they were scammers set up to scam the people who want to scam, if you know what I mean. Also, the big sites like Reddit and Disqus services are super quick to ban IP's so you may be hiring people that can't post or don't realize they can't post anymore.
Sorry I couldn't give you good news, but I tried before and was fruitless.
Eventually I sold it all at a loss :(
